Ed Moscato, President of Moscato & Associates of Ithaca, NY is a 20 year member of the insurance and financial services profession. Moscato & Associates is a local insurance brokerage and consulting service who’s primary focus is helping small businesses get big-business benefits. Ed has a keen understanding of the realities that face small business owners and HR managers when it comes to recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent in a small organization – and how employee benefit management and compliance plays a key role in that function. Ed is a NYS Trustee for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors as well as a member of the Society For Human Resource Management. Ed has served on a number of not-for-profit boards and is currently the President of Cancer Resource Center’s Board of Directors.
